Lafayette Logistics Park

Lafayette Logistics Park is Farpoint Development’s latest multi-building industrial venture. The park will consist of up to 2M square feet across 134 acres in LaGrange, Georgia. The site is strategically located between the West Georgia Inland Port site purchased by the Georgia Ports Authority (estimated to be operational in late 2026) and KIA’s production facility (produces 340K vehicles per year), with direct access to Interstate 85. LaGrange is home to over 100 manufacturers across 41 industries from 18 countries. The first phase of construction commenced in April 2024, and the first two buildings totaling 457K square feet were completed in Q2 2025. Building B (270K square feet) is now fully leased for a 10-year term. The park caters to all industrial users with a focus on automotive manufacturers and suppliers. Site Selection Magazine has ranked LaGrange as the #1 micropolitan area in Georgia and the #1 micropolitan area in the United States for Fortune 500 companies.
