Lafayette Logistics Park will consist of up to 2M square feet across 134 acres in LaGrange, Georgia.
The park is Farpoint Development’s latest industrial venture, with Phase 1 closed in November 2023. The site is strategically located between the West Georgia Inland Port site purchased by the Georgia Ports Authority (operational in 2026) and KIA’s production facility (producing 340,000 vehicles per year), with direct access to Interstate 85.
LaGrange is home to over 100 manufacturers across 41 industries from 18 countries. Site Selection Magazine has ranked LaGrange as the #1 micropolitan area in Georgia, and the #1 micropolitan area in the United States for Fortune 500 companies. The first phase of construction is expected to commence in Q1 2024. The park will cater to all industrial users with a focus on automotive manufacturers and their suppliers.
