This 14-story development in the city’s Uptown Arts District represents one of the largest private investments in Michigan City’s history. Projected to create more than 1,000 union construction jobs and 350 permanent positions, SoLa offers convenient access to the Michigan City Harbor, Indiana Dunes National Park, Interstate 94, and the newly upgraded South Shore Line, making downtown Chicago just a one-hour trip away. Designed by award-winning architecture firm KOO, the development has already achieved strong market reception with 30% of condominiums sold since February, including a record-breaking $2.5 million sale—the highest-value condominium sale in the area’s history.
